My journey to a healthy lifestyle is full of ups and downs. That’s why It All Changes has the subtitle…
Healthy Living on the Roller Coaster of Life.
Rollercoasters begin with a big climb followed by a terrifying drop into all the twists and turns with a big loop or two thrown in the middle. My healthy living journey isn’t unlike that.

My Journey starts with my big climb on the scale and the events that pushed me over the edge towards the big drop. You can read the highs and lows. The in and outs.
Of course there are some pictures thrown in the mix because a picture is worth a thousand words…and I know a good post is about 500 words in length. Pictures can say much more than I ever could.

The Journey to Me is a wild ride but one that is well worth it.
The photo evidence of the changes still shock me.
As my body changed so did Fitness Journey with just as many ups and downs.

Hi, Cynthia! I’ve been looking around your blog, after finding one of your recipes (the crockpot lasagna), and I find it all very inspiring! I should do something like this, too–start a blog, chart my journey–as I’m in the midst of a lot of changes in my life, too. My health has been a big issue the last few years; I have colitis and possibly lupus, certainly a connective tissue disorder, had major surgery a year ago, and have had to change the way I eat, and so many other things in my life. But I have a problem with procrastination and inertia, and I’m thinking a blog might help! Thanks for the inspiration, and keep going!!
Barbara,
A blog is a great way to chronicle things like this. And it is great to look back and see how far you have come
