One Little Change

Feeling stuck is the most annoying place ever. No matter how much knowledge about weight loss I have or how much I put it to practice often it felt I was moving nowhere.

For me it felt like trying to run through thick mud. I know how to run and have the right gear to wear but I could lose my shoe or fall flat on my face.

For the first 6 six months I was maintaining my weight even though my exercise & eating were meant to lose weight. I was staying afloat.

With moving plans I was loaded down with stress. Stress is not helpful to weight loss. After moving in early July I maintained my workouts.

I even decreased them some weeks when finding a gym/classes I liked.

But unlike merely maintaining before I was losing weight and inches. I had to buy new pants after almost showing my bum in too big work pants. I was able to pull out old work shirts hidden away for over a year and wear them comfortably.

And most importantly I feel amazing. I love the way my body is changing but I love how healthy I feel even more. It makes me smile everyday.

only problem is my wardrobe options are shrinking and I don’t have time for shopping. Oh well…I’ll make this look & feel good.
