I can’t image what I used to drink for so many years. In fact I can imagine because I loved milkshakes (great choice with lactose problem) and soda. Now there’s such a change. I drink mostly water – and actually enjoy the taste – and love my tea.

This Week’s Goals
- Couch to 5K.I’ve started running again. ; While ill and slacking I stopped running because I couldn’t run as much as I had in the past. ; I want to run spring races if my lungs and allergies cooperate so I’m happy to be running again.
- Inventory my pantry for menus. During my pantry eating week I was obvious I didn’t know as much about the contents of my pantry as I thought I did. I need a new list because my old pantry list is extremely outdated.
- Pick new books. I have been introduced to book tubers on YouTube and am in love. I pick books on recommendation so I’m thrilled for new books to add to my goodreads. I’m almost done my A-Z list and new a new one
- Craft fun. My crafts and fabric has stayed hidden under the bed for months. I need a dose of creative craft fun Even something small will be nice.
- Play dress up. I’ve been feeling better about myself so my wardrobe of gym clothes & my uniform needs a pick me up. I have clothes I bought last year and some new bargain purchases. Let the fashion fun begin!
- Travel planning. Work trips, day trips, mini-vacations and conferences. ; There is so much to do. I’ve put some to the last minute so it’s time to get my to-do list to-done.
