
We all make excuses why we can’t do something. Mine:
- It’s flippin’ cold.
- I’m tired.
- I worked out yesterday.
- All my clothes are dirty.
- But this YouTube series is too interesting.
- I need to cook…for tomorrow.
- I’m tired.
- I’m bored of my regular workouts.
- I already missed the class I wanted to take.
- etc. etc. etc.
The reality is they’ll always be something. I want to sleep in this morning after a hard workout last night, not feeling well, lots of work to do today, etc…but I’m off to the gym for some cardio and New Rules of Lifting for Women because it’s important.
What’s your excuse today? Now fix it.
